WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY
This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This is a disclosure that is also made pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of the company La plane SNC Di Rosci Renato EC, accessible electronically from the address: www.hotelbes.com
The information is made available only for the website of the company La plane SNC Di Rosci Renato EC Data Controller and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.
The disclosure complies with European Community regulations and more specifically with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European data protection authorities, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Pursuant to Art. 29 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003, External Data Processor for the management of the site and the acquisition of personal data when booking is the Company FASTBOOKING > SEQUANA Tours > 82 Rue Henry Farman CS 20077 > 92445 Issy Les Moulineaux Paris, France owner of the hotel booking engine (www. fastbooking.com) integrated into this website.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The site is hosted on machines operated by an external company however communications are transmitted to the data controller in order to acknowledge user requests and ensure booking.
Processing related to the web services of this site therefore takes place at the offices of the owner and external data processors for relevant areas.
No data from the web service is disclosed by the two companies to third parties unless strictly relevant to the purpose of processing or required by law or regulation.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who submit requests to receive information on hotel services (prices, room availability, etc.), or simply submit requests for employment by sending resumes in electronic format, are used for the sole purpose of performing the requested service or performance and are not disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is required by law or is strictly relevant and necessary for the fulfillment of requests.
In particular, personal data voluntarily provided by data subjects will be collected and processed, including by electronic means directly and/or through delegated third parties (companies for e-mail service, companies for website hosting) for the following purposes:
Check the availability of the requested room against information entered in the reservation form;
allow you to make and confirm the reservation by providing your identification and credit card information as collateral;
Activate any promotional and commercial activities in accordance with Art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003;
To fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to comply with laws and regulations;
Provide answers about our hotel services (room availability, prices, conference rooms, catering, etc.);
register in the newsletter to receive periodic communications of a commercial or promotional nature;
Evaluate any resumes received consistent with any internal needs;
for the defense by the Owner in court or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment, from abuse arising from the User’s unlawful use of the website or related services;
statistical purposes in an anonymous form (to estimate the number of accesses, etc.).
RESERVATIONS
Personal data on reservations will be processed electronically and on paper for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation of the room under the agreed conditions.
The booking platform is owned by the company Fastbooking, the external data controller, which will communicate the data of the data subject to the accommodation facility for the normal activities related to the management of hospitality
The data will be recorded within our electronic databases accessible to personnel duly appointed and trained in the security and confidentiality of personal data.
A credit card given as guarantee will be required to confirm the reservation with the understanding that the customer may choose to pay in cash at the end of the stay.
CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT
This notice prepared in accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 can also be used by the company La plane SNC Di Rosci Renato EC for any advertisements posted for personnel recruitment on sites or portals not directly managed by the company La plane SNC Di Rosci Renato EC.
The Company will process resumes received via email or through third-party recruting companies (publications on portals, etc.) to evaluate potential applications within the company or that may arise in the near future.
Processing is done electronically except for resumes received by regular mail.
Resumes considered “interesting” will be kept at the company’s headquarters for a period not exceeding one year and will be processed in full compliance with the minimum security measures set forth in Articles 33, 34 and 35 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
Resumes deemed irrelevant as well as those resumes whose retention time has exceeded 12 months will be trashed.
Resumes will still be kept at the company’s headquarters and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
The same may be evaluated by employees or collaborators of the company appointed as data processors (ex art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
However, kind applicants are urged to observe the following rules when transmitting resumes electronically:
Fill out your resume the European format;
transmit the resume in pdf format;
avoid including sensitive data (relating, in particular, to health status, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) in one’s resume that are not relevant in relation to the job offer;
Giving consent to processing.
The company reserves the right to trash resumes that do not meet the above requirements.
It will be the responsibility of the Company to provide appropriate disclosure pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003, during any interviews with candidates.
The purpose of the processing related to the management of resumes, will involve activities strictly related to the evaluation, recruitment or selection of personnel, with objectives of collaboration, fixed-term or permanent employment, internship, or to enable the successful candidate to prepare his or her thesis at our Office.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS OF A COMMERCIAL NATURE
The company La plane SNC Di Rosci Renato EC reserves the right to send emails of a promotional and commercial nature in accordance with Art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003:
“if in the context of a sale of a good or service the Data Controller uses the customer’s e-mail address, the same address may be used for sending commercial and promotional material without requesting prior consent provided that the customer is properly informed at each sending of promotional and commercial material and that the customer has the possibility in an easy and free way to exercise the right to stop such processing.”
In such a case, the interested party, having received the first message of a promotional nature will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletter of the accommodation facility with a simple click.
The sending of these messages is outsourced to a third-party e-mail service provider.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Personal data acquired from this website may be processed only by officially appointed personnel trained in confidentiality and security of personal data.
The areas of communication of personal data of data subjects may refer to:
to Public Bodies or Offices in accordance with legal and/or contractual obligations;
FastBooking company;
External data processors as companies or consultants who carry out on behalf of the owner activities instrumental to the proper functioning of the site and management of the information through the same acquired;
to the Postal Police for determination of any harmful activities to the company’s site;
to co-workers or service providers when the communication is necessary for the data subject’s use of the hotel’s services.
Personal data will not be disseminated.
NAVIGATION DATA
The software applications aimed at operating this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the normal IP protocol of Internet communication.
This is information that is not collected to be associated directly with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through subsequent processing and correlation with data held by third parties (providers), allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the date and time of the request, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct operation and is deleted immediately after processing.
This site may disclose personal data that if required in accordance with the law, may be disclosed to the judicial authorities for purposes of state defense or prevention, detection or prosecution of crimes, act to ensure the protection of personal data of the interested parties who use the online services of the site, for any defensive investigations referred to in Law no. 397 of December 7, 2000, or, in any case to assert or defend a legitimate right and interest of the Data Controller in judicial proceedings in compliance, however, with the principles of relevance and non-excess of the purpose of processing.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to make an online reservation.
The advancement of the online booking procedure implies an implied consent of the data subject to the processing of his/her personal data according to the privacy policy of this website.
Any acquisition of other personal data through dedicated forms (e.g., newsletter registration), will require explicit acknowledgement of the information from the data subject to the processing as authorization to process his/her personal data.
Failure to provide the personal data provided by the website may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

According to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.

(c) certification that the transactions referred to in subparagraphs. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
(a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
